"Transform From Within"
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a non-invasive holistic and integrative modality which blends both traditional eastern energetic medicine and western scientific medicine. Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring as a bio-feedback mechanism that provides access to the body’s subconscious and conscious memory to access the stored information held within, thus allowing the root cause of a problem to be found and cleared. Stress occurs in our lives for many reasons, if stresses are not effectively managed by the body then they may create imbalances. Imbalances occur when the bodies energy is not flowing properly and present as illness, injury and dis-ease.
At Natural Elements Kinesiology practitioners use a wide range of kinesiology techniques to help bring the body back into balance by working towards homeostasis. Some of the techniques used include sound therapy applied with tuning forks, Acupressure (non-invasive), Flower Essence therapy, Five Element corrections, Emotional Stress Diffusion, Chakra balancing and Positive Affirmations.
Kinesiology can be used as a standalone treatment or as a complementary treatment to other health care modalities.

Kinesiology is highly effective as it provides a link to the subconscious and conscious brain allowing direct access to your body’s bio-computer. Thus, Kinesiology provides us with accurate information to help bring your body back into homeostasis.
With most issues we recommend three to six sessions before people notice long lasting changes, although many clients see changes after just one session. Each session we peel back additional layers in a controlled manner to delve deeper, addressing core issues, clearing them and allowing you to become the best version of yourself.

Five Elements
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TMC) describes a variety of ancient practices and teachings, many of which focus on the flow and function of energy within the human body. It is said that “everything is energy and energy is flow”, or “Qi”. TMC identifies the human being mind-body-spirit as a correlation to the energetic flow of nature. The Five Elements construct is deeply rooted in TMC and its ancient culture and practices. The Five Element template is driven by many categories being yin and yang, seasons, direction, development, organs, stages of growth, emotions, sound and colour along with other categories.
Each phase of transition in the Five Element groups Fire, Earth, Wood, Water, and Metal work to harmonise one another (water supports wood; wood supports fire, etc.) likewise each phase can influence another when in the flow from that phase is blocked (water restrains fire, wood restrains earth, etc.). An excess of energy (Over energy) or lack of energy (under energy) in any of these elements can show practitioners where a client may need to let go of energy, emaotion or perhaps focus on an area of energetic imbalance. When the body’s energy is not flowing through all of our Five Elements, we see imbalance which can presenting in our physical bodies as sickness, disease or emotional issues etc. Kinesiology supports the body by bring it back in to balance.
Fire: Yin Organ- Heart: Cardiovascular health isn’t just about physical fitness, it’s also about deep contentment with one’s life and destiny. Happiness and love are often associated with the Heart representing a state of peacefulness. Stress or lack of self-expression can directly impact this organ’s function. Fire is associated with the process of maturing that takes place under the warmth of the early summer sun. More on Heart health.
Earth: Yang Organ -Stomach: Chronic stress, worry, and anxiety can damage the Stomach function really quickly. If the Stomach cannot function properly is can impact, its partner organ the Spleen (yin), this can lead to poor digestive health and low metabolism function. Earth is associated with ripening of grains in the yellow fields of late summer. More on Stomach health.
Wood: Yin Organ -Liver: The Liver is the organ in TMC is said to be most affected by excessive stress or emotions. You should Feel it, express it, but don’t hold it! Are you often irritable? Do things stress you out easily? Wood is associated with the enthusiasm of new growth as it shoots up from the earth in the spring. More on Liver Heath
Water: Yin Organ -Kidney: The kidneys correspond with emotion of fear and when they are low on energy it is said in TMC to be a red flag. The Kidney is our bodies reserve energy holders, they supply extra energy to all the other organs when necessary. Water is associated with potential of new life hidden in the dark ground beneath the snow of winter. More on Kidney health.
Metal: Yin Organ -Lung: A lot of sadness and grieving can impact the Lung and its partner, the Large Intestine (yang). “Letting things go” is a sure way to stimulate your Lung’s function and get rid of physical and emotional baggage. Metal is associated with the harvest of autumn and the storage of seeds for next year’s planting and a new cycle. More on Lung health
